Origin of the company name

Hoosiers is the nickname for the people from Indiana in the midwestern United States. The residents in local communities there cherish their spacious and rich natural living environment at a reasonable price. In the same way, our company name conveys our desire to enrich living spaces.

We have developed various concepts for the real estate business in Japan while building our own unique market. And now, with our eyes set on achieving continued growth and further expanding our business opportunities, we are aggressively pursuing opportunities overseas, mainly in major cities in Southeast Asia, where economic growth is remarkably strong.
