Expansion into regional secondary cities

The Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami of 2011 was a major turning point not only for Japan, but also for Hoosiers. We contributed to the rebuilding effort through our main business by building condominiums for those who had lost their houses in the earthquake and tsunami. This opened our eyes to the opportunity to provide housing to regional cities that larger developers tended to overlook. Currently 60% of our newly-built condominiums are in such areas.
