Condominiums with integrated parks

This project was a new challenge which involved collaboration with the city to renew a underused neighboring public park and integrate it with our condominium development. By installing a lawn into the park and building a bakery and café that opens up to it, we were able to drastically increase the use of the park and add value to the community.
