Condominiums for seniors

Options for senior living were traditionally either continuing to live in a single family home/rental apartment or move into a facility with more care. Neither of these options were ideal for active seniors and especially facilities with care would have a high entry fee and monthly fee, but would not provide any lasting value. That is why we started developing condominiums for seniors which not only provides amenities such as 24-hour care, community rooms, restaurants and hot spring baths, but also has the right of ownership which can be passed along in the future. We are the pioneer of this relatively new field and have the highest sales of all developers in Japan.
