We not only own, but also have the capacity to plan, develop, and operate hotels. We have experience in new developments, renovations and rebrandings. Currently, we are operating two brands, "Sendai Business Hotel" which is a budget business hotel, and "The Tourist Hotel", which targets tourists traveling in groups of 3 and larger.
