Conservation and management of “Nagae Family Residence”

In 2015, we acquired the Nagae Family Residence, a designated cultural property to support cultural preservation and community engagement. In collaboration with Ritsumeikan University, we completed restoration work to restore the original design of the North Building. This project has been recognized with multiple awards for excellence in design and conservation, including the Good Design Award and the Kyoto Landscape Award.
